The Zvonimir Folklore Ensemble was founded in 1993 as part of the Croatian Catholic Center in Springvale, Melbourne. The vision for "Zvonimir," which continues to guide us, was to engage the youth of the Croatian community in Melbourne. Our goal has always been to provide a space where young people can socialize, form lasting friendships, and enjoy learning about Croatian history and culture.

We take immense pride in treating each dancer as a cherished member of the Zvonimir family. Currently, we have over 50 active dancers across Junior, Intermediate, and Adult groups. Zvonimir has performed at Croatian events across Australia and maintains strong connections with folklore clubs not only in Australia but also in Croatia and the USA.

With our rich history, the commitment of our committee, the enthusiasm of our dancers, the dedication of our teachers, and the unwavering support of our parents, we look forward to many more years of Zvonimir, keeping the beautiful Croatian tradition alive and thriving in Melbourne.
